Add option for customers to pay before, during or after

Description

It would be good to allow choose invoices generation and payment check to be done before, during or after service is provided. For Internet anonymous customer there should be need for credit system and payment before. Common verified customers should pay invoice generate after service period. For customers which pay bigger amount of money or for longer period it should be better to pay at start of service period.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.
The owner will be changed from (none) to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
